Please note, there is a 15% surcharge on Invitation orders below 50 items. The minimum Invitations order is 25 units. Our 'On the Day' stationery and Accessories are priced according to quantities. Bespoke Design Pricing

Bespoke Design Fee: from £200

This includes one Design in your chosen colour palette with different layout options, including up to 3 tweaking sessions. Any further alterations will be charged at £25 per additional session.

Definition of a Tweaking Session:

After viewing your newly created design(s), you'll probably have a few suggestions or alterations you would like to see, minor text or colours changes for example. Feel free to compile these requests/ideas and we will do our best to accommodate. A second proof will then be created and will normally be emailed in 'PDF' format. That would be classed as one tweaking session.

When choosing our Bespoke or Design-only service, we conduct a 'getting to know you' phase first. You could call it the 'dating stage', where we try to gauge the feel you want to accomplish along with your likes and dislikes. We endeavour to create Designs, which in turn create Happy People! In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with the Designs created we unfortunately cannot refund your design fee, as this fee covers the time taken to create your Design(s).

Design-Only Service

We also offer a Design-only service where we can design and prepare your files, leaving you in charge of your printing and final touch arrangements.

Our Design-only Service could be used for a number of ideas and occasions. For example, for the creation of a Bespoke Wedding Logo or a Monogram to be used on stationery, or even on your Wedding Cake! Calling all Wedding and Cake designers!!

We ship Worldwide via courier service from Spain using FedEx and UPS. We only ship via courier to ensure your stationery arrives to you in good time and condition and all our deliveries are fully trackable. Shipping costs are based on region and weight, we do not mark up the shipping costs.

Allow a minimum of 4 weeks for an order to be fulfilled from our existing collections and 8 weeks for a bespoke order. The shipping time is not included in the periods stated above. Shipping time depends on the destination, normally taking 3 to 5 working days. The shipping charge depends on the weight and size of the order, the exact pricing will be provided with the quote.

Ordering

+ ORDERING PROCCESS +

1 Simply fill out and submit our enquiry form or drop us a line with your individual requirements. We will then do our utmost to contact you within 72 hours with a provisional quote or to discuss your ideas, design and wording requirements. Once we have an understanding of your requirements we will then confirm costs.

2 A. If you decide to have one of our existing designs from our Collections, a commitment fee of £80 will become payable before photographed mock-ups are sent via email for your approval (this fee is deducted from the final bill). A maximum of Two Tweaking Sessions are included, any further alterations will be charged at £25 per additional session. Nulki Nulks accepts debit and credit card payments via PayPal (No PayPal account required, a 4% additional charge is incurred), as well as payment by Bank Transfer.

B. If you decide to use our Bespoke Design service, a Design Fee would need to be paid at this point. This will enable us to proceed with the creation of your design, the making and photographing of mock ups, which are then sent via email for your approval.

3 Once you have made your final decisions on design, wording and quantities, a full proposal will be provided.

4 To proceed with your stationery order, simply confirm quantities and pay a 50% deposit.

5 The remaining balance becomes payable once your stationery order is complete. Payment must be received in full before your stationery is shipped via courier.

Terms

+ TERMS & CONDITIONS - Important +

These Terms and Conditions apply to all work we undertake for Clients.

  • Introduction
  • Any work (“the Work”) that we (Nulki Nulks) do for you (the Client) is provided subject to these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions also apply to any work or ideas supplied to you for evaluation.
  • By engaging our services, the Client accepts to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  • These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties.
  • Fees & Payment
  • We require a Commitment Fee (currently £80) from the client to engage in the design proccess. This fee is deducted from the final bill. A maximum of 2 Tweaking Sessions are included, any further alterations will be charged at £25 per additional session. If the client decides to abandon the project once we have commenced work, the Commitment Fee will become non-refundable.
  • In case of a Bespoke Design, a Design Fee (from £200) is required from the client for us to cover the time and costs and engage in the Bespoke design process. This includes one design in your chosen colour palette with different layout options, including up to 3 Tweaking Sessions. Any further alterations will be charged at £25 per additional session.
  • We require a 50% deposit to start an order and will not proceed with the order before receiving this deposit.
  • In the unlikely event of the client wishing to abandon the complete project once the production has started, the amounts paid by the client up to that point will not be refunded, as these amounts are to cover our time and costs associated with the client's project.
  • Stationery orders will not be dispatched before the final balance is paid and cleared in full.
  • We accept debit and credit card payments (via PayPal, no PayPal account required) by Visa, Maestro, Solo, MasterCard and American Express, as well as payment by Bank Transfer.
  • A 15% surcharge will be added on Invitation orders under 50 units. The minimum Invitation order is 25 units. If the client changes the quantity of an order at a later date and it falls below 25 units (for invitations), the minimum amount to be charged will be for 25 units.
  • Prices are subject to change.
  • Quotations are only valid for 60 days.
  • Quotations are subject to increase if:
    • you request additional work, or your requests incur an increase in third party costs.
    • you change the project so that, in our reasonable opinion, it is significantly different from the original brief
    • you delay or otherwise significantly disrupt the project and its agreed timescales
    • we suffer unexpected increases in our overheads or expenses
  • We will advise you in writing if this occurs.
  • The Work remains our property until it is paid for in full.
  • Design & Production
  • The client agrees to follow our instructions and use the online tools provided, to help facilitate the design and production process. This is in order for us to deliver the most cost-effective service to the client. We reserve the right to add additional charge for the extra time spent, if these instructions are not followed by the client.
  • A 'proof' will take the form of a photographed mock-up of the stationery and/or the design presented in a 'PDF' format sent via email or similar electronic medium.
  • We endeavour to provide proofs promptly, but cannot be held responsible for delays on orders that are the result of late reactions to proofs by the client.
  • On occasion the guide timings given for order fulfilment may need to be extended; the client would be advised of this when placing the order and/or during the design and production process.
  • It is the client's responsibility to supply the exact wording for the design(s) and also thoroughly check proofs for errors and to inform us of (any) required changes. Once a proof is approved and has gone to print and production has commenced, we cannot accept financial responsibility for re-printing and re-sourcing materials.
  • If a client is unable to view a proof by email or other electronic format, then a delay in production will be introduced if it has been mutually agreed to send proofs via regular mail.
  • From the point where a final proof is approved, the stationery will be printed and despatched within 21 days. The client will be informed when the order is dispatched and a tracking number will be issued.
  • We will take all reasonable steps to comply with any requests from you to amend, halt or cancel any work underway, insofar as it is possible within the terms of our contractual obligation to suppliers.
  • If you cancel work before it is finished we will charge you for all the Work completed to date. We will charge for resources that have been scheduled and that cannot be redeployed at short notice on other contracts. Such charges will not exceed the fixed fee that we have agreed for the Work as a whole.
  • Amendments or cancellations will be implemented on the understanding that you will pay any costs or expenses incurred prior to, or as a result of your requests.
  • Materials & Craftsmanship
  • Materials are subject to change.
  • Actual printed products may differ slightly from the emailed proof (jpg/pdf). This is due to production method and is unfortunately out of our control.
  • Our Products and Stationery are mainly hand finished, therefore irregularities may occur between cards, this is part of the charm and only occurs on hand finished products.
  • We advise our clients to order enough stationery to cover their needs as we cannot guarantee colour matching between batches. This is unfortunately out of our control.
  • Responsibilities & Limitations of Liability
  • We shall use reasonable endeavours to complete the Work to a high standard within any agreed timetable. We will keep you appropriately informed as the Work progresses.
  • You will be required to approve the Work at each stage of its production. Without your approval we will not proceed to the next stage.
  • Under no circumstances can we be liable for errors discovered after your final inspection and you agree to indemnify us for any losses, costs or damage we suffer because of any such errors.
  • We shall only be liable for defective work for any reason whatsoever (including negligence) to the cost of rectifying such defect. We will have no liability for any consequential or economic loss suffered by you or for claims by third parties against you. The limit of our liability to you for any loss is the amount you paid to produce the work (excluding our out of pocket costs). We shall not be liable for defective work where the defects are caused by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.
  • We will have no liability for any delays in production due to circumstances beyond our control, such as delayed services from third parties required to complete the Work.
  • Shipping
  • Shipping is via courier and the cost depends on region/country and the weight of the parcel, this cost is added to the final bill and is payable by the client.
  • We endeavour to find the most cost effective solution to shipping and prompt delivery, we cannot be held liable for any delays in the courier service.
  • When your stationery arrives, please make sure it is unpacked and inspected BEFORE signing the delivery note. In the unlikely event of damage occurring during transit, please refuse delivery of the goods, mark the delivery note accordingly, and notify us immediately. We strongly recommend that you examine the stationery at the time of delivery - we have your happiness in mind. Naturally, we cannot accept liability for damages or errors if goods have been used or if you have had the stationery in your possession for more than 7 days. Delivered goods are your responsibility, if you delay accepting the delivery we will not be held responsible for any financial implications.
  • Intellectual Property Rights
  • If you require particular elements or designs from third parties to be included in the work (such as fonts, graphics, images, etc.), it is your responsibility to ensure that any materials or information that you supply for us to use do not infringe any third party rights, in particular any Intellectual Property Rights (IPR). You agree to fully indemnify us for any loss, cost or damage we suffer if this is not the case. Alternatively, you may ask us to obtain such elements and designs for the Work, for which we will past the cost to you.

Copyright & Ownership

By placing an order with Nulki Nulks the client agrees with the above Terms and Conditions. The client acknowledges that Nulki Nulks is the sole designer and owner of the Final Stationery Design(s), there is no transfer of ownership to the client. We reserve the right to re-use and publish photographs of the stationery when and as required. If the client fails to pay the full amount, ownership of the PRODUCTS remain with Nulki Nulks and not the client.

All text, photography, images and video, (unless explicitly indicated otherwise) are copyright of Nulki Nulks. Any content, including, but not limited to: text, images and video may be used by third parties on their online publications ONLY with the explicit condition of linking back to, and crediting Nulki Nulks.
